Return Policy

We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Breakable items must be packed securely. Improperly packed items will not be accepted.

Basins exceeding 5 kg in weight are not eligible for return. Instead, they can only be exchanged with another item.

How to Initiate a Return

 within 2 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.

Used or improperly packed items.

Exchanges

For basins exceeding 5 kg, only exchange with another product is allowed.

For other items, the quickest way to exchange is to return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
